There is a popular saying that health is our real wealthPeople who possess abundant wealth but are unhealthy, cannot enjoy being rich. In order to stay fit or healthy, there are several activities or exercises which we all should perform irrespective of the effect that we are healthy or unhealthyOf all these activities such as dancing, running, yoga, meditation I believe walking is the most crucial exercise.


It can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages shapes and sizes. It has wide-ranging physical and mental benefits. The most important thing is that unlike other activities the people who walk have not required external instruments to perform the walk.walk daily during the wee hours of the day. For about half an hour I perform this activity because I  want to stay fit throughout my life. I do not believe that we should pay attention towards our health only when we fall ill.   Rather I think it is important for me to keep dangerous ailments away. This exercise has brought numerous benefits for me in terms of providing me with robust mental and physical strengthBecause in the morning time the air is fresh and the environment is calm and quietWhen I inhale the air I feel more energetic and the peaceful surroundings render me tranquillity of mind. Apart from this as walking requires physical movement of most of our body parts. Therefore I have never experienced any kind of pain in any of my body parts.

All this is because of this stunning exerciseOver the past few years, I have experienced a tremendous surge in my staminaAnd therefore as compared to my colleagues or college mates or schoolmates who do not exercise I feel less fatigued and more powerful while accomplishing any difficult task.
